Pricing may vary depending on your hair length, texture, thickness, and the time and expertise required to achieve your desired result. YOUR APOINTMENT TIME IS VALUABLE, I HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR YOU. I UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH ME. PLEASE GIVE A 24 HOUR NOTICE. MY WORK IS MY LIVELIHOOD WHEN ASKING FOR EXCEPTIONS.
WE HAVE A POLICY THAT WE CANNOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK FOR HAIR TREATMENTS, INCLUDING: COLOR, HIGHLIGHTS, PERMS, AND HAIRCUTS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT RETAIL, THEY ARE LABOR SERVICES.
OUR HAIR PRODUCTS AND GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE RETAIL ITEMS THAT CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE FOR EQUAL VALUE OR MORE, IF THE RETURN PRODUCT HAVE NOT BEEN USED. GIFT CERTIFICATES EXPAIRE AFTER 3 MONTHS BECAUSE HAIR SERVICES AND HAIR PRODUCT PRICE'S CHANGE.
I OFFER PROFESSIONAL SERVICE WITH OVER 19 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. I DO FREE CONSULTATIONS, ADVICE, AND AGREEMENTS PRIOR MY HAIR SERVICES,TREATMENTS AND HAIRCUTS.
I CAN DO COMPLEMENTARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR HAIRCUTS FOR MINIMUN ADJUSTMENTS AFTER 2 TO 3 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICES.
TO APPLY FOR THIS COMPLEMENTARYFOR MINIMUN ADJUSTMENT SERVICE, THE CLIENT HAS TO CALL DIRECTLY FIRST TO THE HAIRSTYLIST THAT DID HER OR HIS HAIR SERVICE.

AS A COURTESY TO OTHER SALON GUESTS, AND TO HELP US IN OUR EFFORT TO OFFER A RELAXED AND PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE, WE ASK NOT TO BRING VERY YOUNG CHILDREN.FOR HAIRCUTS. WE ONLY GIVE HAIRCUTS TO ANYONE 10 YEARS AND UP.
